i've met dumont in person, he was a douche bag. you can have your opinion, i have mine, but who makes fun of a kid for skiing with no poles for 4 hours straight? seriously, i broke my pole so decided to ski with none, and he made a point to yell at me from the lift or jump whenever he saw me...

that's still a bullshit policy, you shouldn't need to get permission or take off your jacket to test a feature.

echo really needs to change their policies if they want to improve things. first they had a policy last year where employees couldn't hit features while on the clock. this means that once park crew set up something, they couldn't test it out to make sure it's right.
