The Icer Eve Party is open to everyone. Yeah, we havent heard whether the afterparty is just a segregated VIP section, or if they locked down the whole place for the event. If we hear anything further, we'll let everyone know. But it's definitely lame to lock down the parties for "VIP's" only...
