No offense man, but it sounds like you got the wrong ski. The Walls are designed to be mounted centre. They are a park only ski, but they do ski great outside of the park. I wouldn't mount them anywhere other than centre. Look at some Volkl Bridges, they sound better for what you want to do.
Hey, when I drove by last Thursday, I noticed that the Buffalo Ski whatever had some snow on it, like a heavy frost, but it covered most of it and KB had pretty much nothing. What's the deal mother nature?! haha
Ah! I wish this was the weekend after thanksgiving, I would be home and could make it! Sounds like an awesome event, my roommates mother has MS. It's great to see an event like this trying to raise money. I hope it has an awesome turnout! Go to this!
Yeah, the walls are probably one of the greatest skis I've ever ridden on. They are stiff but that makes them fun on jumps and really stable. You can actually carve them and they are super responsive. They have a relative similar flex pattern to the Karma's and the same size waist if you have...
Alright, thanks man. Hopefully a bunch of us can meet up this year. I know a buddy of mine found some sweet urban up in Delaware Park we are going to try on the first snow fall. If anybody is interested, we could all meet up then try em.
I'll be skiing mainly at KB this year, a little bit at HV. I skied there last year too a little bit. Anybody on here go to UB? Hit me up with a PM if you do.
If you read some shit on Jon-Olsson.com it says that head is coming out with a new super fat twin that's really soft. I think it's under his About section, then under Gear.
I'd love to go to Togg, but I'm tailgatin' all day with my family at the Su game. Wooo can't wait to watch UB crush them. I fucking hate SU's new coach.
Longer skis are way more stable, especially on jumps. With short skis I feel like I'm going to fall on my face all the time. Haha, grow a pair and man up. Eh, but it's all preference, so do what you want and have fun on the hill.
