Tuckerman's is the best in the east! It has lines that rival the best in the west. Some amazing skiing for sure though the sickest thing I have ever seen there was 6 guys doing the entire headwall, from just below the cliff band, in a small toy rubber raft! They bailed so hard - totally hilarious.

Place your power strap under your cuff and right against the tongue of your boot. This will reduce the amount of space for movement. You can also try an Eliminator tongue (custom molding) or adding some padding. Use advil as it will take down the swelling.

Go for the PE - stronger edges and overall the skis last longer. Though the Foils are cheap right now...

Get the 90. It's not too fat and can ride anywhere.

The only place that the Vicious or Scratch BC would be good at in Vermont is Jay Peak. They get sick pow! Otherwise these skis will not be good as they don't work well on hardpack.
