The zero's have no camber and are 100% symetrical.

If the snow was actually "cracking" and falling away in pieces then it was a slab. They don't have to go very deep to be considered a slab. A sluff is when loose snow falls away and takes more snow with it with no real unifrom shape.

I overshot the bottom jump at brighton last year by a lot and came down from about 25 feet. I know how it feels. Luckily I landed on my feet and took all the impact in the legs. Even so, it was still quite painful.

Stiff underfoot, softer in the tips and tails for better float. The bases are bomb proof, I skied over a boulder patch and they barely scratched. They are really light and a good choice for touring or anything else. This ski is great for all-mountain if you live somewhere that gets a lot of snow.

I have these skis and love them. I have ridden others fatties and these are by far my favorite. You have no reason to fear getting ninths.

Try the anthems or the moment reno rockers. They're both very soft and fun.
