riding with a din thats too high is dangerous. Jon Olsson does ride with a din of 19, but everyone has seen the shit he can do so its not really worth comparison... Buy the 16s if it is a truely awesome deal, pass the deal onto another NSer and get the sth12 or another binding.

sth12 has a beefed up z series toe piece: no wing adjustment/toe height. sth16 has a beefed up s914/s912 toe piece. Both use the same heel, one is a 12 din, the other 16.

no, the screw should still sit out about 5mm. the notch really is very hard to see, its recessed into the metal.

theres a small square notch in the worm screw, the back of it should line up with the end of the binding.
