no, blindside is when u spin off of a rail, but ur back faces back down the hill at first, kinda like backside in snowboarding and skating. Just don't lean either way, spin it like you would spin any spin off of a small jump, and try not to huck ur shit too hard

I learned how to throw those this summer, and i can throw them on a diving board like a pro.... i do a 180, then once im facing backwards again, i try to throw my feet around till they're pointing back up the hill, and then get ur feet back to the ground, almost like a 180 to a switch cork...

You can buy an edge detuner, or just use sand paper i guess. You just have to rub this against the edge till it starts to wear off and get real rounded, it doesn't affect ur skiing very much, but it'll make sure u don't fall over urself when your on a rail
