bump I am having the same problem but im using snowgel instead of snow. The only pledge i know is for cleaing wood in your house. Are you shure that wood pledge will make it slide better?

Is the pond lining just thick tarp or somthing else. Also what kind of stickers on the bottom of your ski reduced the sucction? One more question, have you used snowgel or do you think that it would work as well.

That video is at Texas Ski ranch; sadly enough real close to my house. I wrote a letter to the owner trying to get them to set up some water ramps for snow. I even mentioned snowgel for rail jams of some sort. I havent had a response though.
