Disorderlys are definitely totally symmetrical. It's hard to tell from the graphic which end is which anyway. And don't stand and watch, that's the most annoying thing you can do.

Our rep told us the flex is symmetrical but I've definitely read in various places it's directional. Worth finding out.

Submerge them, shake off the excess then let them drip-dry standing upright so the water drains out.

I totally disagree. I've had the same carbon pair for three years now. Normally I break a couple of pairs of metal poles per year. Nice and light too.

I have a pair. They're not that warm and not that waterproof. Better than skate shoes though.

Just get some snowboard boots. Then get an old used snowboard setup and rock that if you're working all day and only get a few runs.

I tore my thumb ligament. It didn't hurt much but you could tell it was totally torn - picking up a glass of water was literally impossible. Get it checked out if you're worried. You'd know if it was torn. Maybe a small break/chip but all they do for that is give you a splint anyway.

I shoot Nikon but everything I read when I was researching my old wide angle and comparing Sigma/Tamron and so on said that Canon's 10-22 beats everything else. The 10-17 gets some good writeups now though. Or just get a 14mm prime or whatever Canon makes around that length.

Check the forward pressure. Could be way too much on the one that's faulty. And find a better shop. They shouldn't have let those go out the door like that.

Most of those mentioned are just nothing special and over-hyped. The Sumo just skied horribly even in soft snow, MO2.2 has a ridiculously soft nose, the Movements had pretty much no grip. The Suspects skied horribly, they wouldn't turn at all. K2 Crossfire skied switch better than them. The...
