Killington's a horrible rip off for a vacation. It's a touristy, weekender's mountain. No village, long lines, and lots of rude soccer mom's from Mass, CT, NY, and NJ. My little Johnny will ski wherever he damn well pleases! I paid for a ticket! You do not want to go there.

You'll wanna price out the entire trip to both areas first. A flight from Ohio (both Cleveland and Cincinnati) to Burlington, VT is about the same price as to Denver, CO. You're not flying into a major airport by going to BTV.
