sure fooot fucks up youre boots when they shave the soles!! Youre bindings will not release properly! Ive had many conversations with binding manufacturers on indemnification problems with boots that they shave! Just a tip for those going there. BTW where are you in PA?

i had regular bindings on my old skogens and moships, and now on my mike nicks, usually a pair of rossi 140s

the shop is right that the boot has to be din. Look at the the bottom of the boot, usually near the heal it will say din! If it does not say din it will not pass a visual test done by youre shop. I have a pair of the transfers and they are din. not sure if they are the old or new ones though.
