i have langes also, they should pack out a normal amount although its better to have tight fit than a loose one.

i'm about your size, and i ride a pair of 152 shadows mounted with look nova bindings. i only used them for 5 days last season so they are in great shape. pm me if you are interested & i also could get you a pair of new 157 shadows if you want. =)
