    Re-mounting px12 on chronics

So...now that I've decided to turn my chronic into a full park ski, I'm thinking about re-mount the px12 from "recommended" line to "freestyle" line, would it hold up just fine? I think the distance between toe piece screws is close to the distance I'm trying to move forward, just hoping that it...

Footage management software - any suggestions?

Just got a gopro, need something that can sort of tag clips so I don't have to go through every one of them to figure out where/when/who is in that clip. Use on PC with win8. any suggestions?

    Chronic "Symmetric flex" question

Got the '14 chronic, mounted at "recommended" line on ski since I do more allmtn stuff but wanting to get into park. and I find it hella hard to ollie. is their "symmetric flex" based off the "freestyle" aka center line or traditional? and how big of a difference would that make/is it worthwhile...

    East coast allmtn/bump ski?

Tried other places without a solid answer, guess I'll try here. and please, any "full tilts" will get -k. 5'11-170lb, new england only. 7/10 skier. Have 178 chronics, great ski but can't do nothing in soft bumps(think the day after storm, all trails at killington are bump trails). Got destroyed...

Edge chip on tip, how to fix?

so apparently I somehow hit my tip against each other today, and I got a chipped topsheet(can see the fiberglass layer) and a couple of dot-sized chip on the edge around the tip area. I can live with topsheet issue, but the chipped edge has me worried. How do I fix it without taking it into...

Educate me - full camber park ski, pros&cons

take volkl wall for example: For an average park skier(by average I mean no preference rail vs jump) are they better than, say, FR's on rails? jumps? My understanding is that full camber gives you more pop, but is harder to butter since you have more edge on the snow?

    Wife's skis - did I make a mistake?

wife: 5'6, 130lb, skied once 3 year ago(that was my first time too), and I finally got her into skiing this year(win!). A friend was selling a pair of 163 K2 Lotta Luv(2010-11 model I think?) w/binding for 250 and I jumped on it. I think this should work out since she's taking lessons at...

    Line chronics mounting position question

Me: 5'11, 170lb, general type 3 skier. East coast. doesn't really charge hard, wanting to get into park more so I got the '14 chronics at 178. Got a pair of Look PX12 binding to mount. I'd say I'll be doing mtn-park at 70-30 or 60-40, I can do fine allmtn, having problems at bump(and I'll ski...

    No FKS/Pivot with 12DIN?

Guess there's no love for lighter people...14DIN would be a waste but really like the heel piece design...so for someone 5'11/160lb/type3 I'll be stuck with PX12/STH12/Axial2 120/Griffon/(Squire?)?

    Line Chronic - 178 or 185? 12DIN or 14DIN?

info: 5'11, 160lb, east coast. good all-mountain and starting park. skiing 60% mountain 40% park. Trying to learn bumps and trees(chronic is wide enough for most eastern trees unless big pow days I believe?), as well as beginner park stuff like switch riding, boxes, small/medium jumps etc...

2013 Line Chronic vs 2013 Volkl Bridge

I know, I know, I'll see a lot of "Chronic all day" kinda reply, but just wondering would Bridge work in typical eastern condition? both twin tip, bridge has more rocker(it's full rocker, Chronic still has some camber under foot), bridge is a little bit wider(95? vs 92), bridge is heavier I...

    Trampoline/Gym for next season?

now that the season is over for most ppl, time to get ready for next one. I'm planning on doing some trampoline and hitting the gym. Ski classes for park in the east?

Been interested in doing park but past the age of fearlessly grinding it out myself...and pretty sure I'll get trolled by some 14yo kids(Majority of them are nice and all but there is always that one a-hole that can ruin your day) in park if I just go in there knowing nothing. so...anyone know...

Starting park but still want all-mountain, what should I get?

first post so please be gentle... bit about myself: 5'11, 160lbs, east coast, competent but not expert skier(to give a better image, I can do cascade at Killington fine but those double black mogul trails can kill me easily). Always on-piste and not interested in trees. on-piste moguls are on...
