an all around pow and park ski for an advanced big mountain rider looking to transfer to park but still wants to ride the mountain. any opinions on the 2 skis

i'm 5 foot 8 (about 173cm) and i wasnt sure if a 171cm salomon dumont would be too long for me. right now i have a pair of 2007 salomon foils that are 158cm. im also wondering if i should mount the bindings center or one back cause im a real pow and big mountain rider but i'm starting to ski...
