Does anyone know how to make a PDF from a bunch of other PDF's and then have clickable chapters to jump to each section? needs to be free and work on os 10.9 or ubuntu 13.10 or Arch. I know how to do this if I am making a document with LaTeX but have no idea how to do it from existing PDF's...

Saw this yesterday. Is this the first time freeskiing has been on the cover of a national paper? Either way I thought it was pretty cool, also think it is a great representation of freeskiing, and a decent photo even if it doesn't show the size of the jump or anything. sorry if repost.
