Personally I like soldiers better after trying both. But of course we don't have all the same faces, so some people will prefer the fit of the soldiers and other will prefer the fit of the phenoms. But I like soldiers so much I now have 3 pairs of them, never had a problem with any of them...

I'd go with a soldier. I have two spy soldiers and they look sick as hell, are super comfy and fit awesome with the helmet. Omegas are nice too, but the lense has a little bit more distortion compared to the soldier and they don't fit as well as the soldiers with a helmet. Hope that helped you...
