This is what my family does and its slamming. Go to Utah and stay a bit south of SLC. You stay like 20 minutes away from Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, Brighten, and Powder Mountain is about a 40 minute drive i think.

I dont have walls, but i rock 07-08 Bridges (Favorite skis ive ever ridden), and they have a decent flex. So the walls from what ive heard and seen in shops probably have a real good amount of flex.
