theres some REALLY nice condos in lake wood for $550 for 1 bdrm, but i cant afford 550, so id have to split it...but it comes with a pool and gym and hot tub and covered parking and internet and all that stuff, good price for 2 ppl, i just need to find a roomy! and its only 45 min from echo

its the only thing i can find....theres like nothing in clear creek thats below 400 a month for rent, its ridiculous

im prolly going to copper, its a lot of fun, their stuff is small but you can own it fo sho! good for a preseason start

yeah man, im still looking. I might need a roomate still for the idaho springs/evergreen/lakewood area. i have to be outta here by Dec. 1st, so my searching is getting frantic. Theres a 2 bdrm trailer in idaho springs for 600 a month, but its right next to the highway.... thats all ive found...
