Steel is pretty expensive. A ski resort will pay anywhere upward from 500 bucks to make a simple rail.

they take about half a day to a day to build. I use metal that i find in random places and they aren't really for sale, but u can make me an offer

I've made a couple, your idea for a small business will probably fail. Most kid wouldn't be able to afford a custom built rails. Steel is really expensive. And resorts either make their own rails or have a proffesional welder do them.

Seriously buds Beaver's park is pretty good, but it is no where near being close to the best in the east coast.
