    Yet Another Line Reactor Complaint

Hey Guys, just to be fair, here are some facts: out of over 7,000 bindings shipped, we have received less than 100 pair back on warranty. That's less than 2%. Industry average is 4-5%. In a majority of the returns the length adjustment was made by a consumer, not a certified Line technician...

    Alternative to Reactor Bindings

Guys, There is nothing wrong with the binding. No rep should be telling shops not to mount them, and I doubt Jake did. It's been selling and working great. I saw two pairs yesterday at Alta, excluding the pair I was riding. Not sure what's up with your shop. Thanks, Jordan Judd Product &...

    Karhu is amazing!!!

Yo, here's the deal. Karhu and Line are both divisions of Trak Sports, USA. We are the same company, but we are run seperately. There is a sales and marketing department for Line and one for Karhu. Trak has one R&D department with lots of workers working on lots of different things. Some...

    Line is stupid (seriously)

I'd just like to set the record straight on a few of these issues. 1.) We are sold out on Pro Models, Chronics, Mothership Tis, and all but 182 Mothership Flites. 2.) We still have some other skis in stock 3.) I'm sure customer service informed your shop that we are sold out of Skogens and...

Line's insert idea could be bad for the industry

For the record, we offered and are still offering our insert pattern to every ski manufacturer...big or small. We're not forcing you to ride our binding, and infact with the ability to mount any other binding to our skis or to use a freedom plate to mount our binding to other skis, we're giving...

    mo ships confusion

The Flites will be fine. They are not Noodles as some people have said. They aren't much softer than the Tis because they share the same profile, they only feel different because instead of titanium, which dampens the ski, they have the carbon ollieband, which makes them feel livlier. If...

Line with chick skis? Lets not make another bad decision.

What's up everyone? I just wanted to drop in and maybe clarify a few things from our perspective. I have no problem with people forming their own opinions, and I freely encourage it. However, hopefully you will all appreciate where we're coming from. When taking on this project, I asked...

    05 Line softgoods

Hey, what's up? I don't want to burst anyone's bubble, but the Japanese guys don't have softgoods yet. In fact, the only people that have anything are the ones that got one of the original 36 samples we produced. I haven't even placed an order for our '05 apparel yet. The goods will be...

    LINE warranty problems

Hello- I'd like to address this issue from Line's and all manufacturer's point of view. 1.) The person in question sent in a 164cm 1260 for warranty. He received a replacement pair of 164cm 1260s. 2.) I'm not quite sure how this screwed the person in any way. If the skis are too small for...

    LINE Prophets.

Here's the straight facts. The 100 pair we're making are the same as the skis Eric rode for his segment in Focused. They are 186 cm long and 130mm under foot. They have very little sidecut, and are super light for their size. The skis in the pictures in this thread are a new prototype...

    NEW Line Binding.... Evidence?

Barny, the bindings have a din setting, just like any other binding we have to go through the same tests and certifications. At a minimum they have to be as safe as what is currently on the market, or they wouldn't allow us to bring them to market. Peace

    NEW Line Binding.... Evidence?

Fair enough. I don't expect any of you to believe it until you see it. Give it until the fall when it's released and you'll have the proof you need. What I can give you now, a research team at the Univesity of Montreal did an INDEPENDENT study of all bindings, not just ours, and found exactly...
