I'm stoked on the Dukes, gotta get a new pair of skis to put em on though. The Bacons are a little too soft and short for me. I was actually thinking about going with some Prophet 130's for my next pow ski.

Maybe not superior, but the VX is a whole lot better in low light conditions. If you're filming anything at night, or might be, go with the Sony. The GL2 is not that great at night. Also, the GL1 is not a piece of shit by any means. Sure now it's easy to say that you can do MUCH better...
