Do extra tongues come with the boot because as of now im looking at the booters but im 100% sure i want around an 8 flex not a 2. So will free ones come with the boot? does it depend on the store? or will i have to pay an extra 60$ for another at untracked.com?

This year im buying a bern helmet cuz my g10 became to small (it was a medium). I will be buying the summer helmet with a hat under and was wondering if I should go with the large or xl helmet? I don't wanna look like i have a mushroom on my head.
