does it matter the boot size to ski ratio? like i have a 26.5 boot but a 171cm ski is that wierd?

i had 25.5 full tilts that lasted me for about 2 years and i was like a 8.5 shoe size. im a 9/9.5 shoe size now and the size charts online say to get a 27.5 but i was 2 full sizes down from that last year. Should i go with a 26.5 or a 27.5?

im using a pair of skis that are old for urban this coming season, and i was wondering if you keep the din setting of them different to when your riding on the mountain. could be a dumb question but im really clueless lol.

im got a pair of demo ON3P's and they were mounted to demo tyrolia tracks im guessing (if im wrong let me know). anyway im wondering if i can remount my skis to tyrolia attacks: do they have the same drill pattern or different? any help would be greatly appreciated.
