I really think your forward pressure isn't right, or something inside the binding is cracked. It happens. 8-9 should be more than enough to hold you in. 10 sounds too high.
PURL WAX... Undoubtedly! Its fast and he has so many different blends for every condition imaginable. The guy that runs it/owns it is a super cool too.
If you've ever had your skis tuned at Jibij.. thats what you get.
there are plenty of reviews on here..
I had them... and they are sick. Stiff, responsive, stable, poppy. I would recommend mounting them forward a bit though. for all mtn/park/powder probably around +4 or so. Oh, and get the 186's.
Exactly.. I use a sharpening stone. I really wouldn't recommend using a file... you'll take off an unnecessary amount of material.
Tip and tail is KEY.. I found that out the hard way.
I'm not really sure about this, but when I looked at the 173's they looked really wide for a 82 waist.. threw a ruler up to them and I got 87, maybe I wasn't paying attention.. and wasn't directly at the sidecut.. but I don't think thats the case.
Does this mean the 183's will in fact be 93...
Yeah.. geeze... CO is getting killed. Its a whiteout in centennial/denver right now. Soo much snow. Too bad I DON'T have skis!!! Surface taking their sweet ass time. guh! I could be skiing pow today.
