You’ve seen the awards pour in over the years for the ‘Hoji’, Eric Hjorleifson’s namesake ski, but what if we were to tell you it just got even better?! Eric alongside our ski engineer, and the 4FRNT Team spent this past season re-engineering this ski to be every powder skiers ultimate ‘One Ski Quiver’. Updating the core construction and rocker profile, Eric wanted to make the Hoji excel in firm/variable conditions without sacrificing its powder performance. By instilling our signature multi radius rocker profile, we flattened the ski underfoot for increased edge hold and maximum control when navigating firmer snow, while optimizing its surfy playful feel in powder. The updated Aspen Maple core with Carbon Fiber stringers gives you maximum stability and even more energy than before. Whether you are hunting out powder stashes in the trees, zooming down your favorite groomers, or heading out of bounds to explore the sidecountry, you can count on the re-engineered Hoji to make skiing more fun and even easier than before!
