  • Hello, I have read your comment on the recent article written by NS about the robbery at Saga. I would appreciate it if you would take the time to read my response.

    You made the claims that we would have known about the production delays ahead of time. This is incorrect. When we begin offering pre-orders we do so with the intention of delivering at the time stated. As the months go by things happen and changes have to be dealt with. When this happens we notify our customers via email. Additionally, there is no way we can predict the crowding of the shipping ports between our factory and warehouses given the volatility of governments and their sanctions. This was another issue we communicated to our pre-order customers that it impacted via email.

    Your other primary point was that of the instagram comments. Unless you have completely searched through all of the comment replies, contacted the users directly and asked them if they have received their gear or further contact from Saga, it is completely unfair and reckless to post such comments.

    We understand that we have not lived up the the standard we stand by this season with the late delivery but we have been doing everything in our power to communicate with our customers. Yes there are some that have taken to social media to voice their frustrations but you are not seeing the hundreds and now thousands of customers that have already received their gear and settled their issues privately with us.

    All I ask is that you consider more carefully the ramifications of your comments as they may be misinformed and can lead to further misconceptions.
