Had to get new tongues for my FTE boots. They didn't even hesitate to send me a new set under warranty. Got here fast and talking with the guy was super easy. Great boot, great people over at Full Tilt

I ordered a bunch of parts through the Full Tilt website. I was charged double, maxing out my credit card and then i was sent the wrong parts. Full Tilt refused to refund me until they received their parts back in the mail, even though it was them who made the mistake. After a month and a half of trouble I was finally left with the correct parts I had paid for and a refund for the parts I had not ordered. Full Tilt make the best boots in the world, but if you need parts I would reccomend going through a local shop who carries them and not ordering online, half the time most of the parts are out-of-stock anyways.

i think you guys should make a lower modle boot for thoes who can afford it because sking is soo expensive but sooooo fun and best boots in the world have a pare and is amazing
