Update: PayPal filed in my favor. Julian.F was found to be in non-compliance with PayPal's "Good Seller" policies. I got my money back (thanks to PayPal), but it took quite a while. Thank goodness I didn't send payment as a PayPal gift as Julian.F asked me to. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS GUY.
