^For joey's response, just to clear things up: First he sent me pictures with them not broken, so they did NOT come broken. Second, he held on to them for like, two weeks before he even contacted me about them being broken. I told him I would definitely fix them once he called me up.. So he sends them back, I'm about to send out a replacement pair when he, out of the blue, asks for a refund. Of course I'm hesitant, because normally companies have a no return policy, especially if they're returned broken. But anyway, I wanted to be nice to the kid and so I just refunded him. And then he calls Sag Straps out, c'mon man, I helped you out dude...
