He communicated well and I got my headphones in a timely manner, especially considering international shipping, but when they got here, I was suprised to noticed that he shipped me icons in a plastic bag, no protection whatsoever. Maybe I'm just paranoid but to me a box is a must. Also he said they were 9.5/10, only worn a few times, but they were missing the piece of rubber that is inside the headband part and thats what makes icon 2's icon 2's. Overall: Would not do business with him again.
