So the Latest write up in the process of an ACL injury, this ones goes into detail about the actual surgery itself and what the amazing people that do this for a living manage to accomplish.

can you walk on it? I broke my knee about a year ago (no tendons just bones) and could walk for about 2 and a half months...just starting to get the muscles in my legs equalized, if that makes sense. good luck brotha! and maintain that DISCIPRINE!

I tore my acl and meniscus and 2 days later went back to work detailing cars. Didn't have health insurance and had to wait 3 years for surgery. Couldn't ski for 3 years but I was still able to skate at about 60%
