Well I'm here to tell you:
I'm six foot one (185.2 cm), 200 lbs (90.7184 kilos), and the medium shirt fits perfectly, even after going through the wash twice!
I think only Bishop and I are that gigantic in size and I hope that answers some of your concerns.
I have both the yellow and green shirt in medium sizes and I'm loving them.
