there was a guy last year while cat skiing who had a pair of goggles with a HUD built in. It had speed, temperature, elevation, compass, total vertical skied, plus some more information all along the edge of the lens. technology has been around for a few years, but it seams they are working to improve it.

Doubt it will ever catch on with the true skiing crowd out there, but the rich holiday warriors will probably buy into it for sure.

why is there no camera? thats the only potential use i see for this thing?

no built in headphones either.

got to use a pair at hood late august they are actually pretty sweet but way to expensive considering it doesnt do anything that cool, they should make some improvements like earphones and stuff and then maybe sell it for $400

i dont understand what it really is.

I do not understand how it takes video

but paying all that money just to know fast you are going right then

they already have an app that costs $5 and it has GPS, speed, and temperature. you can just look at it on your phone and your computer

and btw they have almost the exact same website as the Go Pro one
