I don’t think I’ve felt this fortunate in a while.
@ez_living @emluuxas @arrrghney and I had the opportunity to ski under the Aurora in the Legendary #Holybowly thanks to @kendrasonia @sunshinevillage for helping sort this out on short notice.
After catching the last of the sunset it took all of 15 minutes for the lights to start glowing. Working our way down, starting with the volcano. Using the sled high beams for light, I would capture an exposure of the aurora and and exposure of the skier blending them in post. Totally didn’t know what I was doing but had an idea and ran with the tools we had.
A couple hours later we were spent and the lights started to calm so we packed up and headed out, all stoked on the once in a lifetime opportunity and experience we just had. Great night filled with unreal memories ????
