I feel that jumps should be labelled in feet instead of small or medium because all jumps are different. If you go to lake Louise and hit those jump, they are going to feel way bigger than some other hills. Tell me what you think.
would be nice, but would be too much liability risk. Jump size and take off angle changes nightly, resorts wouldnt want to label jump wrong, and have an injury lawsuit
Make a thread in Ski Gabber next time for a better set of results. But yeah things change. If they post a 67 foot jump and somebody gets seriously hurt and it's 64 that just adds more room for getting sued in America. Xs, s, m, l, xl is all relative to the resort too. Some mountains a medium would be a large elsewhere. I get it but it works. Start in the mid range and work your way up. Medium is a good place to start always. If its small go bigger. If you're scared don't go bigger. I don't think we need more regulation. If you're at a new mtn, follow somebody in for speed to check them out.
