Hey everyone, i'm doing a project for my entrepreneurship class and I have a survey that I need 200 responses on. I have an idea for fully custom ski boot liners. Basically at a physical location customers would come in and have a 3D scan done to their foot, along with numerous surveys and technicians asking questions. With this model, we would use 3D printers to create an exact replica of their foot. Then we would send this replica, along with any extra information, like to make more room or less, to an offsite factory that will make the custom liner and match the exterior dimensions to the inside of whatever shell would work best for them. 2 weeks later the customer would come back to try it on and we would do any final adjustments needed. The target market probably isn't mainly newschoolers members as it would be pricey and I would likely be targeting a crowd that's a little older and better funded.
