because having a team full of superpros is not what sells skis these days. They had a huge pro team, which ran through their whole budget instead of getting down and dirty and doing some guerilla marketing that would actually sell skis. It's not none of us looked at them and wondered how they had such a crazy team without ever seeing anybody not sponsored by them skiing coreUPTs.

filing for bankruptcy doesnt mean they are actually going bankrupt and close. It means they can restructure or the debtor can acquire financing and loans to keep the business going (if Ch. 11) ...but you kids have no idea what any of that means so.. [insert stupid preteen line here followed by LOL]

exactly this.... somehow 9thward is still in business.. their team is nowhere near what Corupt's is, and even though they dont sell all that many skis, they still manage to turn a profit
