I have very mixed feelings about this. On one hand now the world gets to see the side of skiing that has been pretty much hidden behind racing and Ariels. On the other hand the publicity freeskiing gets the less I feel like an individual in a tight nit community. Companies and sponsors will misrepresent out sport. Yes more people will be able to make a living off skiing, but should skiing really be about making money? I personally like freeskiing more when it was just a core group of us doing it.

Fuck! i dont want olympics. It ruins the sport, and it makes it more and more boring. After some years twin tip skiing wont have any tall tees, culture, afterbang and style. It will be like any boring sport like soccer or gymnastics...

This is sick, but I still think that olympics should not contain sports that require judging... even though there may not be bias to the judges, it's still somebody's personal opinion that calls the shots. The olympics should be sports that are determined by actual figures; speed, score, etc...

Haha, I do miss the days when you would ski switch and people on the lift would be like "WTF????!!!"

...that won't be a thing after Sochi.
