Another loss for the squaw family, the man lead the charge in taking the freestyle movement into the back country, huge leader for the sport. The whole community has lost a great individual.

This is absolutely tragic.

Usually I skip down the bottom to check how close I am to the top. Not with this article, no way. I was transfixed to the screen.

Tragically, because CR went so incredibly big on everything he did, the risk of injury was so much greater.

You will be sadly missed. Rest in peace.

I was one of the many people that was there during that speech that C.R. gave. and Schmuck put it very well we all were listening to every word he had to say that night and i know he caught everyone hearts with his story... that was my first time meeting C.R. and i will remember ever moment.. from him cracking jokes in the cat to killing it on the hill to his deep thoughts in the car to airport... he loved what he did and he lived his life to the fullest.. just wish i could of gotten to know him more.
