Following a surgery to repair a broken wrist, Simon Dumont competed in his last ever X Games in superpipe last night. He has announced on his facebook that this will be his last event, and he is "bummed [he] can't ski at [his] highest level." This puts an end an epic fourteen year career, full of wins, crashes, and innovative pipe style. Simon placed 14th with a score of 65.33 at the highest, amongst the best pipe skiers in the world.
