^^^^^^^well that all depends if it the animal or the wiener. personally, i would say that both would make a sound if dropped out of a bun held a few feet in the air.

mack jones is definitely sick, but I could literally think of 50 people that should have an interview over him. Why not profile someone in the comp/ film scene? or at least a larger am that has been killing the edits. It's good to see am's getting coverage on NS, but not to many people get these interviews so I guess I thought they would be more exclusive.

Any thoughts?

damenon., I know he's going to BLOW UP! He's sick as fuck. All I'm saying is, most NS interviews have been on guys like Ben Moxham, Matt Walker, Henrik Harlaut, T-Hall, Tom Wallisch, Hornbeck, Wiley Miller, Liam Downey, Ian Cosco, Jacob Wester.... and other guys that dominate the scene. When Harlaut first got an interview, he wasn't pro, but he did compete at JOSS and his skiing was leaps and bounds beyond some of his peers. I think that warrants an interview. Although Mack Jones slays with the best of them, he really doesn't have the star power of some athletes that haven't been covered on NS.

tbayskier, I would like to see interviews with guys like Bobby Brown for killing the comp scenes, Phil Casabon for murdering his seg in Level 1, Nick Martini for DOMINATING the PBP film, Leigh Powis, a legit/ more in depth Dane Tudor interview, Tim Durtschi, Charley Ager, Chris Benchentler, LJ Strenio, Joe Schuster, Ian Cosco, Mike Mertion (i mean, who the hell is that guy?) TJ for coming back to Win X-games after a season ending injury, Sean Petit, Sage, Seth, Kaya Turski, Jossi Wells, Steve Stepp, JF Houle, John Spriggs, or one of the Norway Kids that throws multiple dub flips?

So many am's on NS would be sick to see too. You know, some of the guys that consistently drop top rated edits like Charlie Owens, Sean Jordan, and all those other kids in the "welcome to my hood" edit. There's tons, literally tons of kids just on the verge of BLOWING UP. These kids have constant threads made about them, appear in multiple contests, and have most of NS knowing their names for a while now. Although Mack Jones is just about to blow up, he has yet to drop an edit or get a thread from some random kid being stoked on what he's doing. By no means does that make him a bad skier, it just makes him an odd candidate for an interview.

No hate, he slays! I love his skiing and his tricks, all I'm saying is, more skiers should have had an interview before him.

pretzels, i just want to add that my next article idea was going to be about Leigh Powis. I wrote this one first because I felt that Mack truly deserves it. I continue to stand by that, although I do understand where you're coming from.

i don't really think it's about "who gets the interview first" because NS isn't going anywhere...and after all it is pre season. perhaps the bigger names will come out with profiles during the season?
