Those were some good words andy, hope that other people take the time to read that and open their eyes. It pretty lame that WME went to Level 1 first before consulting Warren miller himself. Hopefully this just blows over soon so then there can be peace and snow.

also Warren miller hasnt been in any movies for years. i mill warren. these same puppy killing gingerbread housing scumbags are the same people that have kept Warren traped for years. <

Good thoughts from Mr Mahre (plus an epic segment in Contrast). Very unfortunate situation. Lots of good people at WME being dragged into some odd stuff that they likely know isn't a great idea, but out of their control. I think/hope it will pass for the benefit of both. Both are key in success of skiing. Hope both come out ok. Vibes to L1P.

If anything, Warren Miller being in refresh, which was the sickest movie premier ever, should encourage mad respect for the ingenuity of Warren Miller Productions because a lot of it has been lost since he stopped participating in their movies. WME should understand that it was a plus for them even though warren miller has no ties to the company other than name any more.

Andy, whether or not good people work at WME, WME is doing something that is horribly wrong and hence WME should be ripped to pieces by the community for it. It's really as simple as that. No one here is advocating the flogging of all WME employees, but being angry about what the company that employs them has done here is completely legitimate. "Some lawyer" does not get to do this on his own; lawyers are in the service business. Someone, or rather several someones, at the top of the company made this decision and took it to Ireland Stapleton, who ran with it. And their company has to suffer for it, whether they employ good people or not, because suits like this one cannot be tolerated.
