there is no way wme can win the lawsuit. you cant trade mark a person. Im going to give my 20 dollars to level 1 and buy the dvd. maby if i have time ill steal dynasty off the internet. Its just sad that warren miller has done so much for skiing and level 1 has done so much and theese douchebags try to sue them for it

WME has gotten so gay ever since the man himself (Warren Miller) retired. Their films have gotten shitier and now they pull some duchebag move like this. its just sad. The old Warren Miller movies with guys in one pieces trying to stop 30ft cliffs and doing massive spread eagle is where its at. WME needs to step down and go fuck themselves.

Us boycotting WME is great and all, but what would make the real difference would be if the other film companies choose not to sell their footage to WME any more. Then they'd be screwed because all of WME's original footage seemed to suck from what I can remember.

WME runs/owns the US Open... and these guys are all business. By pulling douche moves with the open their event has died over the past couple years, losing cred with the real skiers. Guess they didn't learn much. Its shit like this that sets our sport a part from the others, gay.

They probably did it for the money because they make nothing with their crapy WME films. Level 1 films are unique and full of creative energy. WME films lack the intensity and energy Level 1 has created.

Dude, WME has just been cutting and looping the same old Warren Miller narrations for years. He hasnt recorded antyhign new, and being that he is an individual not personally associated with WME anymore, it is his free choice to participate in anything he wants to, and a company, like Level 1, that is blessed to have him willingly participate in their movie should in no way be punished, but praised for being worthy of it. Fuck WME.
