I love how they say "Under the trademark laws, but even more critically under a common sense of fairness, WME believes it imperative to retain control of the use of the Warren Miller brand." as if a huge company sueing a smaller one is fair to begin with. Also, how level one is trying to control or use the brand. Uh, not really, thye're just having Mr. Miller talk in an awesome movie.

The only reason WME even makes movies anymore is because silly grandmas walk into ski shops buying their grandchildren x-mas presents and see a ski movie with the Warren Miller name they recognize from back in the day and think it will be a good present for young grom; while Level 1 sits on the shelf.
