nice doug, you want another atari 1080? or is that 1024, whatever the one with the keyboard+cpu as one unit is. i have one kicking around with a monitor also.
some people might say its better than sitting in a dim room twisting your own nob. Some would argue the opposite, (ie the majority of the 14 year olds on this site)
Snowisawesome - yes you probably could make something like that in garage band. However you wouldn't get two key things:
a) that synthy sound is pure analogue madness... no computer can make something that sounds that fat. That recording doesn't give it justice.
b) You can't play live in garage band. That is a post-production program, whereas what I do is make music live and on the fly. I'm not producing albums, I'm trying to make a live show.
Boards - hell yeah I would love it! Atari 1040ST - the fist computer ever to have midi built in. Atari Teenage riot only uses those to make their music.
You know whats funny, the blogs are still getting tonnes of views, just not as quickly. people scroll down over time and still are posting in here... weird!
I thought it was funny to put freeskiing.com stickers everywhere...
I think if u can put anything together like that u'v got skills cause i know i dont know how to do that stuff and if u can do it better dont hate on it cause u probally weren't better at one point of time
Nice setup man, I like the sounds of that stuff. Wish I could afford to get some of that equipment. For post- kinda stuff, I like messing around with Fruity Loops. It's a sweet program.
