but do keep in mind freeskibum82 ... they are a french company, depending on where they are incorporated (they might be operating in france but incorporated elsewhere) the bankruptcy laws are different.. not necessarily chapter 11.
freeskibum82, I don't know you...but by the way you're writing, you seem like you're a guy who only knows a little about bankruptcy and other legal matters, and yet you want to make sure everyone knows this by getting mad when someone says something similar to what you said while including the important point about which country that company is registered in/incorporated in. Plus, insulting the intelligence of the entire newschoolers community does not help your case and only proves that you're an arrogant asshole who is failing in life and transfers his frustration into making fun of people you think are younger than you.
realy no suprise to me... over here in europe I have been hearing a lot of stories about sketchy business they r into... like investors troping in and out, athletes not geting paied, etc.
I mean a lot of big names went in and out of that company... almost non of the original team members from the beginning were still on in the end! I don't think anybody stayed more than 2 years! and the main reason for this is, that they never saw there money...
I actually have a friend that is still waiting for his money from his contract...
@sweetnesss : Candide, TJ, Colby West, Justin Dorey, JF Houle, Rcihard Permin, Gus Kenworthy, Dale Talkington and then some french skiers like Adrien Coirier and Julien Lange.
