Skull candy is possibly the worst headphone company to ever exist. Your image is that of athletics, but your products may as well be glass ornaments meant for a mantle about a fire place.

The sound quality is completely shit when compared to boss or soundhizer or any other premium head phone.

your joke of a warranty is a complete joke. What is it step one buy a plane ticket to china, step two talk things over with factory manager. Come on, these things are cheap plastic that could not cost more than 10 cents a peace. I have owned 3 pairs of skull candy head phones and i will never own another, i hope your company crashes and burns you dirty scum bags.

It doesnt matter what pair, ear bud, over head, they all suck and they all break like the dollar store ones. You guys should go to jail for stealing from people.

Honestly, i want to see a pair that is water proof, durable( that means it can support my weight and stepped on by a ski boot. I should be able to drop it in a puddle and not have to worry. i should be able to have the cord snag with out the wire inside being affected.

Your company is the same as any other company that sells headphones other than you guys have way less experience and also a much shitter product.

100% agreed. I had 3 pairs of skullcandy - these are awesome if we are talking about the design and style, but that's it... Sound quality and durability is really crap. Each of them broke within 3 months, quickest were full metal jacket - paid around 50 bucks for it. I thought it's just bad luck but 3 times in a row ?

There is no way I will buy skullcandy again.

Those are pretty headphones. Too bad they wont last more than a week.

Hey I would like to inform all haters that SKDY has been awarded one of the best Service Warranty Care programs out there to date. So if your headphones do unintentionally fry-out check their customer support. Taking the quality/price I'd refer you to the Bose website... or Sony... a lil fyi on this topic, SKDY now holds one of the lead designers from Bose.

So for all of you people that may be fired up I hear you... but instead of sitting in your basement and not acting on anything but punching an opinion into a blog, try and get to a local po box and mail your broken headphones back in...
