Alright some more translations from the B&W newspaper:

The largest font reads "Breathtaking English Skiers"

Then the in-picture caption says "The skiers flying from Palandoken's summit"

The paragraph underneath the b&w photo says "The world's foremost skiing celebrities, English celebrities skiing twelve months a year, did a breathtaking show yesterday at Palandoken. The skiers did the show with the Turkish Flag, boosting Turkish Soldier's moral from the fight against terror."

So, according to the paper it seems that you guys were launching the peak of the mountain, I'd imagine that would be a rough nuckle.
