that had to be one of the coolest trips i've read about. must have been really eye opening to be in that part of the country and experience the crazy journalism and on edge military.

Alright, The caption under the colored newspaper photo reads in English:

"World celebrity freestyle skiers Alexander Henry Learmond, Joseph Tyler and James Neil Fosternd did a show at Erzurum's Palandoken Ski Center with the Turkish Flag in their hands.

They love their flag, so this was quite an honor to have foreign celebrities carrying it.

I was lucky enough to get to go heliskiing for a week in turkey this year. I was surprised to hear that was enven possible but it was sick, the moutain range up there is huge and you can find anything from steep lines to flowy tree runs. The sickest was when i asked the guides if i could see a map of what we were gonna ski and he said they didnt have any because alot of the area was occupied by the military and they didnt wanna give it out haha. sick article

it must be nice to just jump on a plane and head off to wherever the grade is steep and the snow is good. my life sucks so bad.
