Boulder Colorado is like that kid the popular kid in high school who had it all; Captain of the football team, class valedictorian, boyfriend to the hottest chick in town, and all around Mr. Nice Guy. Boulder is truly the full package and ultimate college town for anyone stoked on snowboarding or skiing. Dubbed, “The city nestled between the mountains and reality” Boulder is just that; A mile-high city that revolves around college, partying, snowboarding, and well…some other stuff. So obviously, it was a no-brainer to make Boulder a stop in the 2009 Boulder Freeride, the ski and snowboard club at CU, to host the raddest rail jam Boulder has ever seen. The intersection of 13th and College on “The Hill” was shut down to make room for the monster, 100ft long setup and the mob of usual shred suspects who came to watch the action.
